- Individual Training Accounts
An Individual Training Account (ITA) is a voucher granted to customers who need occupational skills training to become gainfully employed or re-employed. Adults and laid off workers that qualify for the service may purchase training from eligible providers they select in consultation with the case manager. The voucher is designed to help customers make informed training choices by describing the programs/institutions in detail and their performance history. An ITA will be granted after an assessment of customer needs, demand occupations. Customers may use their ITAs to purchase training in any program on Illinois' list of eligible training providers:
- Free application for federal student aid
- College Zone
- FinAid.org
- Back to School for Adults
